2018 Petite Sirah
Only 15 bottles remaining!
When fruit is that good you have to make it, at least that was the motto for this Petite Sirah. I had planned on keeping things simple and only making Cabernet Sauvignon but when I heard about this Petite Sirah I had to jump on it.
Tried it 11/10/24 and it is still stunning.
Dark fruits held up by lenghtly and plush tannins. Stem inclusion lends some great herbal qualities. Nice acid balances the richness.
80% Petite Sirah
20% Grenache - Whole Cluster
